Draft — pending legal review. This page describes our intended practice. Please have it checked against Amazon’s current seller terms and your obligations in the US and Canada before the site goes live.
Who actually ships your order
Not us, because you cannot order from this website. Every product here links to an Amazon listing, and Amazon handles the order end to end: payment, packing, carrier, tracking and delivery.
The practical upshot is that the delivery speed, cost and options you see at checkout are Amazon’s, not ours. They depend on your address and on whether you have Prime.
Where we ship
Our listings are live in two markets:
- United States — amazon.com
- Canada — amazon.ca
Products on this site link to the US listing by default. If you are in Canada, search our brand name on amazon.ca to reach the Canadian listing and skip the cross-border shipping.
We do not currently sell into the UK, the EU, or anywhere else. We get asked often, and we would like to. Not yet.
How long it takes
Amazon shows you the accurate figure at checkout, and that estimate accounts for stock position, your address and the service you pick — so it will always beat anything we could publish on a static page. We are deliberately not printing a delivery table here, because ours would be out of date within a week and yours would be wrong.
If you want a rough sense before you click through: items held in Amazon’s own warehouses move at standard Amazon speeds, and the whole range slows down a little during the November–December peak, like everything else on earth.
How glass gets packed
Glass is packed for the journey it is about to have, which is a rough one. Each piece is wrapped individually, jars travel with the lid separated from the body rather than seated in it, and the whole thing is suspended clear of the box wall.
It still occasionally breaks. When it does, Amazon replaces or refunds it — usually fast, and usually without asking you to send the pieces back. See our return policy.
Tracking
Tracking lives in your Amazon account, under Your Orders. We genuinely cannot help with it: we never see your order, your address or your delivery status at any point.
