Who is responsible

Controller for the purposes of the GDPR:

[Legal entity name]
[Street address]
[Postcode, City]
[Country]

Email: [email protected]
[Managing director / Vertretungsberechtigter]
[VAT ID / USt-IdNr.]
[Register court and number / Handelsregister]

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you, unless you choose to send it.

This site is a set of static HTML files. There is no database, no user account, no shopping basket and no advertising or tracking script. Specifically:

  • No cookies are set by us. None. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
  • No third-party fonts. Our typefaces are served from our own server. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other font host, so no IP address of yours is transmitted to one.
  • No analytics that identify you. [If you enable analytics, describe it here. A cookieless, aggregate-only tool keeps this section — and the absence of a cookie banner — accurate.]

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard web server logs when a page is requested: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, referrer and user agent. These are generated by the web server, are used only to operate and secure the site, and are retained for [retention period]. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Hosting provider: [Hostinger entity and address], with whom a data processing agreement is in place.

When you contact us

If you email us or submit the wholesale form, we receive what you send — typically your name, email address, company and your message. We use it to answer you and, for wholesale enquiries, to prepare a quotation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f). We keep business correspondence for [retention period] and do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Leaving this site for Amazon

Every product link takes you to amazon.com or amazon.ca. From the moment you arrive there, Amazon’s privacy notice applies and ours does not. Amazon is an independent controller of everything it collects about you, including your order.

Our outbound links may carry an Amazon Attribution tag — a campaign parameter that lets us see, in aggregate, that a click came from this site and whether it converted. It reports totals, not individuals: we cannot see who you are or what you bought.

The links to Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook in our footer are plain hyperlinks. There are no embedded widgets, like buttons or pixels, so those platforms receive nothing about you until you click.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

Competent supervisory authority: [Aufsichtsbehörde].
